Mohawk Fine Papers Enhances Customer Service With Infor Supply Chain Solution

Infor recently announced that Mohawk Fine Papers, a provider of premium paper products in North America, has selected the Infor SCM Transportation Management solution to reduce operational costs and provide real-time visibility into its supply chain. SCM Transportation Management will be interoperable with Mohawk’s current deployment of Infor ERP LX, which will enable Mohawk to provide unparalleled customer service across its distribution channel, from order entry to delivery.

Mohawk’s dynamic environment required a transportation management solution that would facilitate automated, same-day shipping of orders and integrate with the company’s current ERP system. SCM Transportation Management will enable Mohawk, its transport partners, brokers and customers to have an unprecedented view of transportation information, which will be used to monitor and track order progress, and provide accurate, up-to-the minute status of customer shipments.
